If this kid had had a gun and could have defended himself, it never would have happened.

Absent some real threat, I think toting around a gun for protection or to settle a beef is cowardly.

 

Guns were just as easy to get in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. In fact, they were even easier to get than now.

Why wasn't this happening back then?
