I hate snow, volume whatever the hell number it is....

More snow coming to the Midwest. Like, a lot more. Kansas City supposedly could receive up to 20 fucking more inches.

 

Which means they'll get about 5-6.

 

I do this about once a week, but I only live about half a mile away from work. I'm always running late in the morning, even when I wake up an extra 15 minutes early.

I know I'm a jerk for doing it.

 

Wrong.

 

This storm is already driving me bats and it hasn't even started yet. The forecasters can't seem to decide if it will start with rain then become snow or just snow from the start; if we'll get 3/4ths of an inch or 16 [right now, they're hedging their bets on 5 to 8]*. It could start Monday around 9 a.m. and end Tuesday night....or start late Monday night and end Wednesday afternoon.

* - Had to use the brackets or else 8) appeared, and I am most certainly not in any mood that makes me smile.

 

I know. I should have been a meteorologist. The only profession that you can guess, screw up badly, and nobody thinks twice about it.

 

I'll say this much, I've never had to use an ice scraper since I moved to Texas, not even once.

 

Or pick football games against the spread.

 

Missouri Dept. of Transportation issuing an advisory for folks not to travel tonight/tomorrow because of the ice/snow/high winds mix we're supposed to be hit with. This is gonna suck all kinds of suck.
