It appears there have been some...uhh...liberties taken with the novel. It seems like they're going more for a Harry Potter crowd with this. No hint at all that it's as subtle as the book.

That's awful enough, but if they change the ending, I'm going to sue.

I saw that the other day.

Why does Hollywood have to fuck up every book I loved as a child? What's next - "Where the Red Fern Grows"?

Worse. They're re-making "The Westing Game" with Snoop Dogg.

This was my favorite book while growing up.

If it's fucked up as badly as I fear it will be, I will be irrationally angry for a long period of time.

And a new word has been added to the SportsJournalists.com lexicon.

*From the makers of Pathetitard, it's the all-new Twatwaffle!*

Wow. A new contendah for SportsJournalists.com insulting term of the year.

I'm pretty sure posting a picture of a twatwaffle would get this board shut down.

They tried to ban A Bridge to Terabithia from my school library when I was in fourth grade. ... So my fifth-grade teacher added it to the mandatory reading list. :D

    I loved that book.
