There's only one way to find out...

...by which I mean a video game simulation.

    I'd take McEnroe.

I love John McEnroe. Love, love, love the man. So he gets a pass from me on this.

What he doesn't get a pass on is that commercial for the toenail fungus medicine. It pains me every time it comes on.

And Bobby Riggs wonders what the big deal is about this.

Look it up; Serena hits it harder now than he ever did; and he's hitting it much slower now and can't even move

I believe Serena Williams believes she would make McEnroe doubt his belief in a benevolent god by administering what I believe would be a Grade A ass whooping.

He'd get beat worse than Bobby Riggs. He was a better player than Riggs in his prime, although Riggs was a #1 in the world for a time. He's about the same age as Riggs was when he played King.

Serena is a beast. She's maybe a bit past her prime but she's still winning Grand Slam events.

He'd like the Freak Book a lot more than Serena.

I believe if they played 10 times, he'd win at least twice - maybe even half. Part of Serena's dominance is how she destroys the pitiful second serves she so often sees. She wouldn't get that with Mac. But her power and movement would likely be too much for his touch, angles and smarts. Interesting thing to think about.
