    There's only one thing that's better than hearing the heartbeat: It's feeling the kicks. There's nothing like knowing "you are not alone" all day. Somebody's in there.

    Mr. Lugs gets very jealous of me.

  3. Get some sleep over the next few months. You're going to need it :)

    We had a miscarriage our first try, and every day until the baby actually came was nerve wracking. I was so happy just to have a child when he came out, I forgot to check whether it was a boy or a girl.

    The doctor said, "Well, what is it?"

    I looked at the clock and said, "1:13!" :)

    That's a great story, Waylon. I take pride in knowing the exact times of birth of my children. I don't do anything to commemorate the times, mind you, I just like to know these things. :)
