Any time youo take and "energy" drink, you risk all the symptoms you described and I'm pretty sure there are disclaimers somewhere on the label.

Basically, "energy" drinks will eventually kill you.

Actually, why wouldn't the ER bill qualify as damages?

Rusty--Instead of seeing a lawyer, I'd be getting a physical (not an ER checkup). Maybe you were just having an off day, but if you never had a reaction to that drink before, there could be something else going on there.

Unless there's a significant history of litigation against this company and proof of their negligence, you are going nowhere with this. Get a good physical and stay away from energy drinks.

Rusty don't pay attention to the Lance Armstrong energy drink ads that are popping up on this thread.

There is nothing good about energy drinks and you're probably lucky you haven't died yet.

Energy drinks have killed almost 35 percent of the U.S. population over the past seven years.

Sixty percent of the time, it kills every time.

Ask that poster Creamora for advise. He seems to know a lot about suppliments and law suits.

How are energy drinks any worse than expresso or strong coffee?

The only real difference is the high sugar content of energy drinks.
