    Manual typewriter keyboards used to have a "cents" symbol to the right of the semicolon, where the single quote lives now. With inflation, we rarely need that symbol these days.

    I have to ask, is this self published? Did you have an editor? Because, just a quick read of the first 41 percent of the book, I have already seen several incorrect spellings, typos, etc., and I wasn't reading that closely.
