    when i was a kid, we played in the snow. we ate raw chicken with our hands. and if our arm fell off, we picked it up and used it as a bat.
    these kids nowadays are weak! pampered babys.

    They fired Jeff Mangold as strength and conditioning coach after last season and hired some guy named Marty Miller a "director of performance enhancement" which I guess means he gives Giambi the HGH and ignores everybody else.

    Are you sure they did not hire George Costanza?

    Mangold did a good job. He had those guys stretching all the time with bands.

    In the spring Miller changed Pettite routine he had been doing ofr years and Pettite got hurt.

    I knew I should have started Hughes. I just can't win, can I? On my way to an 0-5 record out of the gate. Good lord, what the hell was I on when I drafted?
