Huffington Post targets newspapers

  1. Would it be an antitrust violation if papers colluded to shut down free Web access?

    I don't think there is anything illegal about an agreement to charge for a service rather than give it away. If they colluded on the price, then I think there might be a problem. Trust me, I've seen almost every episode of Law & Order.
