    Wow.

Surprising, given his baggage, even though he was cleared legally of wrongdoing.

Jones farewell column appears in this weeks issue. Ironically it is perhaps the
best of what was a pretty nondescript body of work.

Though likely not his fault his column always seemed to have a what doesn't
belong and why feel to it. It never corresponded to the theme of the magazine
    for that week.

I think Jones is one of the best writers working, but that always seemed like a bad fit for him. Being a back page columnist for SI is difficult and I'm guessing it's even more so for a magazine that comes out every other week.

Esquire uses him the way he's meant to be used.

Bryant's pieces on the web usually are 50 inches. I hope someone edits him now.

He's had a regular column in the mag for years. Now it's just moved to the back.

Exactly, just a move to the back of the bus. Bryant column as it apprears now about
10 pages in is about as nondescript as Jones column

Which is still probably 10 times higher in their profession than you reached in your chosen profession.

Maybe you are the one driving that trolled bus?

Howard's column is a building in Gotham?

And, good thing Chris is in Brasil or he wouldn't be able to see your disregard for his SI column, though come to think of it, 93's leaping to CJ's defense yet again activated the Bat Signal over the skies of Brazil. /blue font

Maybe that was the problem. Many of his fans thought his column was in SI. when it
was actually at ESPN The Mag. ;)

Man, I always mix those mags up. Can't they just merge already?
