    All my teams I pull for are champs. Florida hoops and football and Oregon State baseball. Miami Heat, Seattle Seahawks and St. Louis Cardinals. I'm a lucky man.

    My high school's state basketball title as a senior and the Packers Super Bowl win from 1996 are, alas, my only championship experiences. Though Ball State made its Sweet 16 run my freshman year, and that was pretty cool.

    Got the Cardinals last year. In my lifetime I hope the Chiefs win another Stupor Bowl, but I have no illusions about Mizzou winning an NCAA or BCS (or whatever it's called in the future) title.
    And if I die tomorrow, at least I didn't see the Cubs even get to the World Series.

    A good friend of mine was at Georgia in the early 1980s when Herschel was kicking ass and the men's hoops team somehow reached the Final Four in 1983. He said it was pretty amazing.

    My teams are the Cubs, Bears, Bulls, Newcastle United and University of Virginia.

    So needless to say I have no idea how this feels.
