How will Lidle's death affect the Yankees?

    Good question and I'm not sure. But I seem to remember the Red Sox either doing it or trying to do it after Jim Lonborg's skiing accident. And I'm almost sure some clubs have used clauses banning basketball games during the season.
     
  2. I think Mike Greenwell had a clause in his contract prohibiting him from racing cars.

    Didn't Jeff Kent's contract forbid him from riding motorcycles, which is why he claimed he broke his wrist "while washing his truck," or something like that?
