How unlike the AP

A line from the AP's story of Byron Leftwich coming to Atl. gave me a good chuckle. Not something I'm used to seeing in a straight news story written by our buddies covering the nation.

    BEGINNING OF EXCERPT

He flew to Atlanta to meet with the Falcons, who were apparently mindful of getting burned by Vick as they questioned Leftwich.
"I guess they wanted to meet me and see what type of guy I was," he said. "They wanted to make sure I wasn't a knucklehead."
No word on if they asked Leftwich whether he owned any pit bulls.

They wouldn't have questioned him at all if he were a white quarterback. </mcnabb>

Yet another example, Megadittos, of the glass ceiling that white quarterbacks face in this league.</rush>
