Good excuse to postpone the wedding and re-evaluate.
You escape hatch is rapidly closing.

21 once again the voice of reason.

Your fiance is an adult, yes? It's her situation, let her handle it. Or not handle it. Your job is to support her and not try to "parent" her or "referee" her.

You're marrying her! Not writing an article on her!

Good plan, actually, now that I look at this again.

You and your best man should suggest to the women that the more time they spend arguing means fewer sandwiches are being made, and that just won't do. ;)

Get used to this. It's called being married.

It's also reason number #17,392 as to why small getaway weddings are better than big productions.

Oh, your wife is right, almost always. If Mama isn't happy, nobody is happy. This is your flowchart for the rest of your life.

Do all relationships between women maintain this junior high school dynamic in perpetuity?

Happily married, celebrating our seventh anniversary next month. Our marriage is based on relentless honesty and communication, and it works.

My grandmother used to say, 'They're mean in their twenties, worse in their fifties, and by their 70s, all their teeth fall out because they can't stand one more day in those nasty mouths.'

Get a big kiddie swimming pool. Fill it with mud, or chocolate pudding, or jello.

Point the two women towards the pool.

    Problem solved.
