How old is your spouse compared to you?

I'm about 15-1/2 months older than my wife. I think the fact that we had many of the same experiences growing up helped us bond. We're still best friends after 32 years of marriage. BTW, my mom is 9-1/2 months older than my dad. They were high school sweethearts and have been married 62 years.

 

I'm nine years older, which is a switch because I'd always had lovers who were older than me -- sometimes much older.

My mom is 24 years younger than my stepfather. It wasn't a big deal at 50 and 26 but now she's 56 and he's 82 and in failing health to the point he can't be left alone. That means no day trips to visit the grandchildren and with a sports journalist's work schedule, it's hard for us to make the two-hour drive on a non-school day.

Even Batman, with his mail order bride, can't compete.

 

Mrs. Fly is approximately ten months younger. I enjoy those two months when we are the same age.

Wife is three months older. She probably looks 10 years younger than I do, though.
