Okay, one thing ... these three employees actually stripped? If I'm working at a Krystal -- a Krystal, for God's sake -- I'm thinking I can tell the manager to go fuck himself, not undo a button, walk out and get a job somewhere else. I mean, if you're already working at a Krystal, you're not too ambitious in the first place.

Unless they figured right at the point when he ordered the strip-search: "Hmmmm...I'll do this, then sue for buck bucks."

But if you work at a Krystal, are you smart enough to figure it out on the spot?
