    In same vein I am amazed how few people realize the true annual cost of insurance.

    Yeah, well at least no one will be making a profit off of my health issues if the government is involved. Or at least, that's what I would hope for, although the skeptical person in me thinks the government could botch this too.

    All of which are on the verge of going bankrupt, along with Social Security.

    Which is why we need health care reform. An overall healthier population heading into their mid-60s would save billions, since they would have less health problems and require less care.

    In moveon fashion, mandated, I'd expect the government to hand me free insurance, or have the rich pay for it.

    We're where we are now because bleeding hearts have always refused to take that stand in the past.

    Citing things that are costing hundreds of times what the government told us they would cost and are now going broke hardly supports the argument for Obamacare.

    OT glad to have you join the discussion but why the need to toss out insults. It's the type of thing that derails good debate that we all can learn from.
