Whomever it was classified Tier 4 as "the good stuff." I think my selections meet that criteria and the Distiller's Select and others you mentioned would classify as premium Bourbons.

Never watered down, and never tastes as good as bourbon. The only Jack Daniels I've ever enjoyed is Silver Select.
