How much did you get for your last pay raise?

  1. I'm up for my first raise with my current employer and I am curious to know what others have received for raises after their first full year in the business?

Two percent or just over 25 cents an hour.

Mrs. tbf just got a 5% or 1800 raise. But she's an accountant.

I got 30 cents an hour, but that was eight years ago. Now the annual raise at my paper seems to be 50 cents. Guess experience, awards, hard work, etc., really pays off, huh?

Wait ... the rest of you get paid? I thought everyone just got a bi-yearly stipend.

You all get raises? After just a year?

I've never, ever had that happen.

Hell, I took a pay cut for my current job.

Started here at 26K and now starting my 4th year I'm at 34K.

Each raise has been between 2500 and 3000.
