How do you dress when you go to bars?

Jeans with a long-sleeved button down over a plain t-shirt. Seems to work well. (I will wear shorts in the summer because i don't really care.)

    Form-fitting?

You all must be really thin.

Yeah. Then at least there would be some explanation for why nothing fits me and everyone else seems to have clothes that fit fine.

There are also basically no polo shirts that I can wear.

If I went the form fitting route, everyone in the bar would subconsciously be thinking of spare tires. No thanks.

For the dive bars we prefer after work, the flannel shirt look works just fine. :D

Why do you need to go to a bar? You have your neighbors popping their tops for you. Must be your yardwork outfits.

The only people I have ever seen wear form-fitting shirts are athletes who wear Under Armour under their uniforms.

Do you actually mean athletic-cut T-shirts rather than form-fitting? I'm picturing someone rocking the bar stool in Under Armour right now.

The key is *well-fitting*. The fit should be precise, regardless of your body type. A lot of big people try to cover their bigness with ill-fitting, loose clothing, and it just makes them (us) look worse.

Never where Under Armour cold gear to a bar. You will melt.

Always go with heat gear even in the winter.

The Under Armour charged cotton t's are pretty sweet also
