How close (or far) do you live from where you were born?

    I thought this would be a fun thread. Optional: What's the farthest you've lived from your birthplace if your current residence is closer?

    The place of my birth is about 125 miles from where I live. I used to live twice as far away, but I've never lived out of this state.

    Oh, and sorry if we've done this before and I didn't notice.

    43 miles, but I have lived more than 1,100 miles away and my previous five stops were all 200-350 miles away

    I'm 1,611 miles away right now from where I was born.

    Used to liste 1,725 miles away from there.

    Hell I've only been back to the city I was born in a handful of times since I moved away when I was two.

    I was born right here in my copy editor's chair and cut the umbilical cord from 10 inches down to three.
