During the '93 Stanley Cup Finals, on the off night between Games 1 and 2, went to Chez Paree (which is one block from the Sheraton) and ran into a team meeting of the Chicago Cubs.
Went back for Game 5, and the night before at Chez Paree, ran into a team meeting of the Cincinnati Reds.

I whole-heratedly concur. My first college was 20 minutes from the Canadian border and an hour from Montreal. You'll thank us later.

I think the Expos are on a road trip that weekend.

Well, Night No. 1 is in the books and it featured a trip here. Not a bad time. Place had some of the hottest girls I have EVER seen, both in real life and porn. A tad overrated but I'm glad I went. It will provide spank material for months.

    Thanks for the recommendation.

This probably is my No. 1 city in North America that I still need to get to. Excluding the aforementioned clubs for male entertainment, are there a lot of things on the must-do list? I was thinking of perhaps getting there next summer, then head down to Saratoga for a weekend of Thoroughbred racing.

    Sir,

Hurley's on Crescent Street for beers.

I like Holder as a restaurant ... might not be your taste, if you're with the missus it would be better I guess.
