Today is Flag Day. Did you do anything patriotic today?

There's a flag in my yard today. Planted by the local Boy Scouts of America.

Other than that, this is pretty much the least significant 'patriotic' holiday we've got.

I bet boots planted his flag in the back yard.

Idy here's the thing. I don't think people give a damn. It's great that you did something but so many of us don't care.

I'll be taking my American car to the most American of stores, Wal-Mart, to spend my American money.

Then, later, I'll be drinking American beer out of an American can.

Seriously, if I didn't live in my current apartment complex, I'd be flying Old Glory today and everyday.

It shouldn't take "Flag Day" to get you to fly the flag.

    That didn't take long.

Always like to swing at the first one if it's over the plate.

It's too bad you almost always miss. You should talk to Charlie Manuel. Look what he's done for hitters. 8)

Boots' locatation must have been a little off on the first pitch. He normally starts off with the backdoor slider.

That's OK, bootsie. I've got two more cracks.

You have two cracks? Does your wife know about this?

Just don't show him the larger of those cracks and you're safe.
