Honey - Toyota says you have to ride in the back seat

You have to love this part of the Toyota airbag recall notice (interim), I received today which states that sufficient parts have not been produced and you'll receive a second notice when parts are available in your area:

    What should you do?

Until the remedy becomes available in your location, we recommend that you do not operate the vehicle with an occupant in the front passenger seat. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this will cause, but we are taking action to ensure your safety

So they expect people to ride with nobody in the front seat for months? How many married couples will comply with one person driving and the other riding in the back seat?

Just tell your wife there's no such thing as a passenger-seat driver, and that if she wants to tell you everything you're doing wrong the back seat is the place for that.
