Sarah Chalke was, indeed, the SECOND Becky.

I just saw Adam Sandler in an episode of The Cosby Show, playing one of Theo's obnoxious classmates.

Pee Wee Herman was in Buffy The Vampire Slayer (the original movie) as Lothos' (Rutger Hauer) second-in-command.

One of Tony Soprano's girlfriends --- the one he steals from Ralphie Cifaretto who later winds up getting burned in the fire --- played Maria on "Head of the Class."

And several of the Sopranos cast members --- Edie Falco, Robert Patrick, John Ventimiglia (Artie), Frank Vincent, Annabella Sciorra --- had bit/supporting parts in "Cop Land." I think they had the same casting directors.

Same thing with "Goodfellas." Paulie Walnuts, Big Pussy, Larry Boy Barese, Jennifer Melfi, Christopher Moltisanti and Phil Leotardo are all in that.

"The Wire" has a couple, too. Jim True-Frost, who played Roland "Prez" Prezbylewski, was Campbell Scott's loser buddy in "Singles." Frankie Faison, who played police commissioner Burrell, was Eddie Murphy's landlord in "Coming to America." ("Used to rent this apartment to a blind man. ... Damn shame what they did to that dog.")

But the all-timer has to be Dominic Chianese (Junior Soprano) playing Johnny Ola in "Godfather 2." I flipped out when I first noticed that.

And speaking of "Coming to America," there's this guy:

(And he also played Stacks Edwards in "Goodfellas").

  5. I was watching Raiders of the Lost Ark and noticed Doc Oc. (Alfred Molina) was Dr. Jones guide in the opening sequence.

    Hey! Don't sell him short!

He was more than a guard. He was Major Derlin, the dude who yelled "All right, everybody to your stations, let's GO!" after Leia finished her pep talk to the X-Wing pilots who had to escort the transports past the Star Destroyers.

In Superman, he was a military radar dude.

I feel so old. When I saw Sarah Chalke on Scrubs, I said, "Oh, the cuter Becky from Roseanne has a job."

Yup. Amazing how tough that is to spot with the brown wig. Nice fit for the underrated hottie Betty Brant. Funny that the actress playing her is hotter than the ones playing Mary Jane or Gwen in the movies.
