Holiday travel thread

Mizzou, it wasn't that bad. Probably 10-15 people. The line for United customer service for the people too stupid to just call United and rebook themselves is easily in the 150-200 range.

I'm down in the basement at gate F11A-D. It's the little planes you have to climb up into. It looks not pretty outside.

Lord, y'all have the worst luck at O'Hare. I grew up in Chicago. I and my family and friends have flown out of it dozens of times. Nary a problem.

 

It took me 30 hours to get to St. Louis Fri-Sat from my in-laws, and 15 hours to get back there yesterday.
I love winter.

 

Then may you die in an O'Hare fire.

I was delayed overnight the last two times I've been through there.

OK, there is light at the end of the tunnel. We made it to roughly 30 minutes before the planned departure before they pushed it back this time, but we have an aircraft. It just happens to have just taken off from Lincoln, Neb.

Once it gets here, deplanes and gets cleaned, we're looking at departing around 5 p.m. CT. Fingers crossed!
