Pfft. Bammers go on the inside tonight for us. Local high school playoffs, Iron Bowl and D2 playoffs on our cover.

Still 11:45 but I have 18 pages (with no one else to help).

Yep, but still 3 wide-open pages and 3-4 others with minimal ads. I'll fill 'em, but still ...

24 pages tab here. Same as usual. 9:45 early edition, 11:45 final, chase what you want up to 12:45 a.m.

8:45 here in Danville. Too bad the best prep basketball team in our region is the last of a triple-header at a high school. That story is going online only.

And only 3 pages... makes life easy to fill with some local copy and a ton of regional stuff.

We're a p.m. paper. We did our regular Wednesday edition this morning, then turned right around and had a 7 p.m. deadline for Thursday's paper. We get tomorrow off, then we're back at it bright and early on Friday morning.

Thankfully, all of our local teams are out, and we have no D2. Bammers and all of Mark Gottfried's glory it is.

Ours is 9:30 p.m. but we got ours in way early. Had a decent amount of local stuff.

Nyah, nyah. We'll get ours in the in-county papers.

    First edition off-the-floor was 8:45 p.m.

Just four pages, but a huge damned paper for Friday.

7 p.m. final. Tonight's State U hoops is headed for the Internets.

Uber-tiny section. Smallest I've ever seen in my 3 1/2 years here. Paper was more than 70 percent ads today, not including inserts.

    Back to normal tomorrow, though.

Ours was 9:30 tonight because of all the Black Friday ads.

Sure felt good to get home before midnight, too. Can't remember the last time that happened.

Not sure what our deadline is for Christmas, but i won't be working.
