Tough news for those who knew him. Graig was a good guy and an especially hard worker:

I sat next to Graig at many a Kings game and this is really sad news. He was a great guy and it is tough to find people who were as passionate about hockey as he was.

Knew Graig from covering the Anaheim Ducks. We often ate together before games.

Great guy and very dedicated to his work, even though he was "only" a freelancer.

I was very sad to hear this.

I just got back from a weeklong trip and wasn't aware that he died. I knew him from Kings and Ducks games and he was a truly nice and genuine friend.
I never heard him complain about his health, even though you could tell he had some rough days.

I'm glad to have known him.
