    Heard they got fired when they showed up to the stadium, didn't see anyone there, assumed they had a bye week and went home. Turns out it was the home opener.

    They had a guy named Jack Wang who was covering them and he had bylines from Buffalo for last weekend’s game. I don’t know what happened to trigger this job posting.

    Jack did a great job for us. He took another job (out of sports writing) in Chicago. Buffalo was planned as his last game covering for us.
