    I just wanted to let everyone know that we've made a hire here. Tyler Dunne, a recent Syracuse graduate, will start later this month. Needless to say, we're very excited.

    Thanks to everyone who applied. I tried to get back to everyone, and if I missed anyone I appologize. There were a lot of great applicants.
