That's what I wondered when I first heard it. If she's 18 now, you just figure that had to be taken when she was even younger. So wouldn't some child porn charges be a possibility?

 

No but he can prosecute you. Really. Let's say you take your computer in to get fixed and the repair guy finds this photo on there and turns you into the police. Some prosecutor making a name for himself may go forward with it. The fact that she's a celebrity and perhaps you didn't know she was jail-bait could be mitigating circumstances, but it doesn't keep your name out of the paper.

 

Should we be concerned that you know this?

 

Covered my fair share of child porn possession cases. Most certainly have merit while a few others make you fearful of opening any email or sharing your computer with others... seen a case where someone else downloaded it on a guy's computer. He swore up and down to whoever would listen that it wasn't his. Cops didn't care. Neither did the prosecutor. Turns out he was found not guilty.
