    Michael I have just spent the past few days going back over a few parts of book that I had "rabbit eared" for closer read.
    I am just blown away by the quality and extent of the research that you put into this book.

    From when you started how long did it actually take to complete including all research?

    I've said it before but again you should be very proud of what you have accomplished. It is just a great book about to of the most fasinating people of the era.
