Implosion is imminent. Good old Herm, it couldn't happen to a more deserving guy. I'll bet he's killing his QB's and coordinators in the hallway.

Same way he looked when he was hired. Inept. Just like his boss, King Carl.

It's always a hug fest at the combine when he sees the old NYC writers.

    Biggest fraud in football.

I'm hoping Clark can get Cowher to come in and completely take over the show.

Chief fans are finding out what Jet fans already knew - Herm is a fraud.

I wonder if Whitlock is off the Edwards band wagon.

Someone was supposed to be working his corners, yes?

I hated Mary (yes) Schottenheimer with a passion, but I'd take him in a heartbeat to be rid of Herm Edwards. Cowher could return to his coaching roots -- he worked for Mary -- by taking over KC. I don't know if he's that great a coach, but a three-legged dog with no dick has got to be better than Herm.

    I'd rather have Leon Washington.

King Carl, as Whitlock likes to refer to him, is the much bigger problem. He's overstayed his welcome and is, as JoePos so eloquently pointed out in yesterday's paper, completely unwilling to commit to anything that remotely resembles "rebuilding". Anyone wanna guess who the last QB was that the Chiefs actually drafted and allowed to start for the team?
