Nov. 14 is plenty of time, IMO. You sent stuff out about that time last year, and still there were people who couldn't meet Christmas deadline for various reasons.

Yes, with the caveat of "if you can't get someone their $20 gift by Christmas, 41 days from now, don't do this."

 

Some had legit issues with jobs and stuff, but some were douches.

 

I didn't mean that as a blanket indictment. At all. I love the people that volunteer their time to do this. But I'm tired of being out $100 a year to cover for those who can't do it.

I'll be happy to help you cover people if you need to this year, and I think Nov. 14 gives plenty of time to get presents and ship them.

 

OK, I'll put up the post asking for signups sometime between now and Halloween. OR maybe I'll set up another e-mail just for this and that way everything will be in one place.
