    He's old enough to have watched Ted Williams play for the Minneapolis Millers, to have covered Willie Mays playing for the same team, and to have covered Bud Grant playing for the Gophers and Lakers and coaching the Vikings, among other things.

    He also probably has a set of dentures from Halsey Hall. At one time he was the GM of the Minneapolis Lakers. Sid has earned his many detractors, but what an amazing life.
