Help with an instrumental piece

There is a piece of instrumental music I'm trying to find, but I know very little about it.

All I know is that, a lot of times, I've heard it when college teams get ready to come out onto the floor for home games.

They cut the lights, turn on a spotlight and a few stobes, and this tune heats up. It has no lyrics, though sometimes, they play that idiot Dickhead Vitale in the background mumbling some incoherent shit followed by a bunch of "Bab-ee"s.

Does anyone have any idea what the hell I'm talking about?

Is it the same as the intro for the Chicago Bulls?

I think that one's Alan Parsons Project "Sirius/Eye in the Sky"

I know "Eye in the Sky". It's not that.

If you remember the entrance music for the old Midnight Express wrestling tag tem from the 1980s, it is something like that, only a little more sharp. The beginning sounds like it could be two piano keys played over and over, though it might be more of a synthesizer thing.
