So you paid a mechanic to flip your switch?

    Hey, whatever floats your boat.

She didn't pay him to flip her switch, she paid him to fill her hole.

    There's a difference.

Uh, she got ripped off. Most guys will do both for the price of one.

No one flipped, filled or manually massaged anything.

Thank you for playing. Please move on.

I paid about the same money, but that was to replace the entire motor. That's why I was wondering. Seems a lot to pay just for a switch.

He threw in a lube job.

OK, now I'm done, I promise.

Probably would have been cheaper if IJAG didn't say,

    "That's it? You're done already?"

Prayer is overrated. I need a new transmission.

Maybe prayer does work. The dealership is not only paying the entire cost of repairing the transmission, they gave me a brand new Pontiac for the weekend. Free again.

Good for Pontiac and GM - and you, of course. At least someone acknowledges that they make mistakes ...
