Help me. I need to keep neighbor off my lawn.

    Damn good advice as well.

    If I am sidewalk chalking with my daughter in my driveway, I don't care how big the dog is. If she is bitten, it will be a major problem with me.

    I'm guessing the dogs are a big issue with him.

    One other thing. It is important that you don't just let him use that piece of property for himself. Depending on the state, there are laws called Adverse Possession, in which a person who continually uses a piece of property for a certain length of time (in years) can claim that land for themselves.
