Ya, having never heard him interviewed until the last week, he comes off as an impressive twenty-something.

They are rooting for him to be the first one of their kind to get laid.

Eh....a couch or two usually gets burned at end-of-the-year parties in May. That's old hat in Waco by now.

    This.

When I heard him on Dan Patrick last week, it struck me that he and Ricky Dobbs were the two most articulate student-athletes I've heard in a long while.

The SI article on Griffin was pretty damn good. In a year which many in college football would like to forget, or wish never happened - Griffin is a player who reminds you why you like the sport in the first place. He actually goes to school and studies, he's a real role model, his parents are in the military...

I didn't watch the show, but have heard the announcement too many times. Who was the idiot who announced the thing?

RGIII seems like a cool dude. I wonder where he'll end up post-Baylor.

It's usually the president of the Downtown Athletic Club/Heisman Trust.

When my son read that Griffin collects comic books, he became new football idol.

Doesn't Baylor have a rep as being a very tough school?

Congrats to RGIII, who turned the itde of momentum and surged to victory, post-November.

He's a really great athlete and while I thought Luck would win, Griffin is worthy, sure.
