That's a pretty big if, though. Both QBs will rack up numbers in what's almost certainly going to be a shootout. Oklahoma's defense hasn't been good, especially since Ryan Reynolds tore his ACL in the Texas loss, but they've had four successive routs since then.

    Oklahoma 45, Kansas 31
    Oklahoma 58, Kansas State 35
    Oklahoma 62, Nebraska 28
    Oklahoma 66, Texas A&M 28

The Sooners may have topped 70 points the last three games had they not pulled back in each of the second halves. Boomer and Sooner are going to wear themselves out this season pulling that little wagon around the field so often.

A big if, sure, but still worth consideration given how Oklahoma's defense hasn't exactly stopped anyone recently. As your scores pointed out, those four opponents all scored at least 28 points (and Kansas racked up nearly 500 yards of offense in Norman). And Texas hung 45 on the Sooners, who will beat Texas Tech only if they outscore them. Because it sure won't be because of defense. Harrell and Crabtree should have another huge day next week.

Take the over. Winning QB gets the Heisman.
