    ... going to 37.5 hour weeks for hourly employees, company-wide ... essentially a 6.25 percent pay cut (but I'm sure they won't let us get away with 6.25 percent less production) ... frankly I'm surprised it took the company this long to start making moves like this ... reportedly it will save 23 people from getting laid off (not sure if that's our area or the whole company, but that's what we're told)...

    thought it was pretty sneaky that they waited until AFTER our insurance rates went up (May 1) to announce this news. And I wonder if folks on salary are getting cut as well. It doesn't sound like it ...
