Heart monitor suggestions

    I'm thinking about starting an exercise/lifestyle program. But the authors are pretty adamant that you need to use a heart monitor to make sure that you're in the correct zone to efficiently make improvements.

    I don't know much abut them.

    Could I get some suggestions for good, basic heart monitors? Something not too expensive, pretty durable and not to complicated.
