    Decided not to start a new thread with this one, and I hope I'm not DB-ing
    But this story is a perfect example of why we need the death penalty
    Let these folks, once they are apprehended and tried in court, go through a time-sensitive appeal process.
    Then kill them. Rid the world of their presence.
    Life in prison is too "caring" of a sentence

    If we do, we don't enforce it.

    Too many people have rights in this country.
    Prisoners have rights. Too damn many of them.
    The accused and convicted have rights.
    Too damn many of them.

    Got folks sitting on death row in every state. Why don't we end the drawn-out appeals processes and start killing some of them?
    Can you answer me that, sir?
