Given that the video was posted May 25, he may already have done so. This is more disturbing than the Greyhound bus murder. It's like he wants to be famous.

Shit like this does make me wish Canada had death penalty for extreme cases.

It's like the Greyhound Bus and Bernardo/Homolka combined and then some. I have a feeling he doesn't make it to trial. He go down in a blaze of glory.

Hopefully he doesn't take anybody else down with him.

Assuming he's arrested and brought to trial, he'll get two-for-one credit in jail leading up to the proceedings, and end up with a comparative slap on the wrist - 25 years max, and he won't actually serve 25.

He can be listed as a dangerous offender and never see the light of day again, can he not?

He could, yes, if they choose to go that route. Big if. I mean, the Greyhound killer already has day parole. It hasn't even been four years since he killed that guy.

And then there's this lowlife. Kidnapped and killed a five-year-old girl, raped a bunch of other girls, already breached day parole once - so they give it back to him?

Our "justice" system in this country is pretty fucked up a lot of the time.

Not to derail this thread too much but how can they possibly release the child killer/rapist on any kind of day parole (as per the story that was linked).

I noted on another thread that some people are beyond redemption...what could possibly change that a child killer/rapist had redeemed himself.

This guy should have been slowly and painfully put to death so maybe in his last few breaths he would have learned some empathy for his fellow man.

The death penalty is more than suitable for some of these sick pieces of shit.

    They found him in Berlin.

    He didn't resist arrest.

I've seen many stories calling him a "porn star."

To me, it seems the bar for "porn stardom" is a set pretty low. One video appearance and you're a "star," just like how anyone who attempts to tell jokes at open mic at the Chuckle Hut is on the same stardom level as Richard Pryor.

Interpol worked for once, in some place other than a movie.
