Well, it's 30 now. You're certainly welcome to that.

But once it gets above 32, I want it back.

Gotta melt some of this snow before the next wave.

Normally, a huge, heavy snowfall would be cause for celebration, jubilation and a small touch of smugness that not even two feet of snow in a day will slow us down -- much.

If that happened in December or January.

The ground was bare before this snowfall, and now we have more on the way in the next couple days. I'm not kidding, I wish I were. I love winter, but there is also a time and place for everything.

It's time for spring, for planning my flower gardens and getting the winter yuck cleaned out of the yard.

I just didn't figure that winter yuck would be four feet of snow!

And I feel for ya, RM, I really do.

Right now, we're good, but I've heard reports that Duluth is pretty much shutting down for tomorrow.

I've been looking at that stupid radar more than I've been working on my stories for tomorrow's paper.

Game on here, Rosie. It's not stcking yet, just wind, rain, sleet and ice pellets.

    Just got home from work.

It's just little flurries right now, but the wind! I drive a heavy, 4WD vehicle and I was getting blow all over the road.

Reminded me of that nasty wind which will kick up right before a very severe thunderstorm.

    *heavy sigh*

    It's begun.

It's snowing like a banchee. I may be 4-wheelin' it to work in the morning for a noon deadline.

In a foot of snow or more.

    Again.
