Happy PACZKI day

The only thing more delicious than a Bacon Explosion log is a Paczki. I hope everyone eats a half dozen or so today. And at 500 calories a pop, why not.

I haven't had one yet, but if I do it will be a gametime decision between custard, apple and strawberry and they better be powdered, not glazed.






Mmmmmmmmm...... delicious deep-fried goodness.

 

I love going into the office on Paczki Day! I wear my Mardi Gras beads and pretend it's not winter. Usually an assortment of people bring in those boxes of delicious Packzkis, something I never knew existed until I moved to Detroit.

 

No place better to get a Paczki than Hamtramck, sadly, it's a little too far of a drive from work this year. I'll have to settle for off brand.
