    Happy New Year to all.

My wife and I are getting a room downtown while the MIL watches the kids, so we'll be off the road at midnight. The downside is that I don't think she'll want me to check in on SportsJournalists.com.

  3. Is it Canadian New Year's too?
I thought that was in March.

They're not original enough to do it in March. They have to copy us--the way they do everything--and do it in December.

Leave them alone. Their football field is 110 yards long.

    Happy New Year to all!

I have a fridge full of Grain Belt's to drink, but sadly, I have a touch of stomach flu and probably will leave well enough alone.

I wonder what 2007 will bring to SJ ...

Happy New Year to all the SportsJournalists.com friends.

2006 was a particularly good year around here, 'cause HC & I got to meet a bunch of sj members who turned out to be the best people possible.

Even if I never see IJAG, Patchs, Big Ragu, Sam et al, again, you can be assured that weekend was very special and I'll always remember you guys.

To Moddy, the best of the best for keeping this place tidy.

And folks, from the greatest Canadian drinker ever, our first Prime Minister Sir John A. MacDonald, a toast to the Great White North

Happy 2007 to all! 12:01 brings me to t-minus 82 days until the big 3-0. I suspect it's going to be a very interesting year.

Party hearty and party safely, however you choose to ring in the new year!
