Happy Movember

Yeah, the pink ribbons are great. They are a great reminder of breast cancer awareness and the fight against that disease. With a wife and daughter who might be affected by it, I hope breast cancer is wiped out ASAP.

But what about me? What about us men? What about prostate cancer and testicular cancer? Where are the ribbons for those causes? Right on your lip, hopefully.

Welcome to Movember, where you grow a moustache for the month of November. When anybody asks or comments about it, you tell them it's to raise awareness for cancers that specifically target men.

Hell, I've been raising awareness off and on for years (particularly on weekends) and wasn't even aware

 

It's not Movember. The Yankees are out of the postseason. Or maybe it is in conjunction with National Chalupa Month.

 

Only your upper lip? Should aim higher ... or, uh, a little lower.

 

The ribbon for prostate cancer should be brown.
