Happy Mardi Gras

Another Mardi Gras, another sucktacular Ash Wednesday morning. Damn Irish whiskey.

 

Um, it's French...there is actually a correct way to spell it. Sometimes they even manage to spell it right in N'awlins. They can't pronounce the language properly, but they can spell it.

And as far as the real drinking age down there is concerned....a friend who used to live there once told me if you are tall enough to place your money on the bar, they'll hand the drink down to you.
