There's really only one perfect birthday gift, and that's the album by Warrant, those rising five musicians from Los Angeles:

    Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich

Happy 35th, Flash! You're 3 weeks older than me!

May Mike Alstott run straight into your life and carry you into the end zone!

Thanks, everybody. Fave post in this thread is the Mike Alstott one ... mmmmmm, Mike Alstott ... Mikey ... ooh, sorry got sidetracked there.
Started the day with a trip to the dentist and then went to the gym to work on chest and abs. Had a ball game at 7:45 p.m. and have been on the vodka since. Don't seem to get as hammered on vodka as I do on beer, though. 'Tis almost a shame.
And yes, I haven't announced it or anything ... maybe it deserves a thread entitled RIP: My Career. But this is the last weekend of the Summer of Flash.
On Monday, I start training to work as in the Loyalty and Retention department of a major telecommunications company in Canada. I'll be the one calling subscribers and suggesting better plans or trying to re-sign them to new contracts and the like.
I'm looking at it as a job to pay bills, until I can get back into the business. Because I was born to write.

Flash, according to your profile, you turned 35 on Aug. 18? My youngest brother also turned 35 on Aug. 18.
